Cap Lang Kayu Putih & Balsem Otot Geliga Won the 2017 INDONESIAN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AWARD (ICSA)
Cap Lang Kayu Putih, Balsem Otot Geliga also won an award for the 11th time at “The 19th INDONESIAN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AWARD (ICSA) 2017” under the Cajuput Oil and Balm category.
2017 was a remarkable year for PT. Eagle Indo Pharma. In addition to 12th anniversary of Cap Lang Kayu Putih, Balsem Otot Geliga also won an award for the 11th time at “The 19th INDONESIAN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AWARD (ICSA) 2017” under the Cajuput Oil and Balm category. This award was presented to PT. Eagle Indo Pharma on Wednesday, 22nd November 2017 at Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta.
ICSA is an annual event from SWA Magazine, i.e. awards presentation for best performing companies in Indonesia in terms of customer satisfaction performance. The 2017 ICSA is presented for best products based on a survey involving 5,700 respondents in 6 cities, namely Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Medan, and Makassar. Such survey was carried out for 108 product categories distributed in Indonesia’s major cities.
