Cap Lang Kayu Putih Supports “Kampung Sehat Bebas Nyamuk” (Healthy, Free-from-Mosquito Village)
with the Kampung Sehat event, Cap Lang Kayu Putih Plus always strives to keep Indonesian families away from the danger of mosquitoes and empower the healthy environment as a safe and comfortable living place.
Cool morning breeze in the beginning of 2018 did not dampen the spirit of the Cap Lang families to gather and attend the Kampung Sehat (healthy village) events, which were held at several RPTRA Jakarta points, i.e. RPTRA Nusantara Ulujami (11th March 2018), RPTRA Sunter Jaya Berseri (18th March 2018), RPTRA Pondok Kelapa Berseri (21st January 2018), RPTRA Kebon Pala (25th February 2018) and RPTRA Cipayung Tunas Teratai (11th February 2018).
The event ran from January to March 2018, which was specially dedicated by Cap Lang Kayu Putih Plus and O Channel. Kampung Sehat started at exactly 7 a.m. by a clean-up team, who cleaned the RPTRA area in high spirit and enthusiastically. Then, the cleaning was followed by a cleanliness competition among residents. After that, Bunda Cap Lang (Cap Lang Moms) joined the group gymnastics to maintain their physical fitness.
Several competitions also invigorated these healthy village activities, including: sack race entered by mothers and children, tug of war by fathers and colouring contest by children. A mosquito mascot to represent the mosquitoes, which are always exterminated by the clean-up team, was also present to complement the excitement and entertainment in these activities.
Participants and Moms also had the opportunity to test the efficacy of Cap Lang Kayu Putih Plus by applying Cap Lang Kayu Putih Plus and putting their hands into the mosquito box. It was aimed to test the efficacy of Cap Lang Kayu Putih Plus in preventing mosquito bites. Moms were also given a chance to exchange any brands of anti-mosquitoes they used to Cap Lang Kayu Putih Plus, so they might prove the effectiveness by themselves.
The Cap Lang families were entertained by some performers, among others, Norman Bintang Pantura 2, Erlyn Suzan, and Silvy Dangdut Academy 4 who pumped the event up with dangdut music. The event continued with the awarding of the RT/RW (neighbourhood and community association) cleanliness contest and door prize announcement which was gleefully and eagerly welcomed by all participants of Kampung Sehat.
Concurrently with the Kampung Sehat event, Cap Lang Kayu Putih Plus always strives to keep Indonesian families away from the danger of mosquitoes and empower the healthy environment as a safe and comfortable living place.
