Get to Know Jakarta with Geliga

Have you really know a Megapolitan city named Jakarta? C’mon, get close with this Capital City of Indonesia. Yesterday, to be exact, on 9th December 2017, Geliga organized a “Jalan Asik GELIGA” (GELIGA Fun Walk) event in collaboration with Kompasiana BlogTrip and Good Guide Jakarta Community. It had a Jalan Asik Geliga theme, which was of course a walk around Jakarta. The start point was Diponegoro Park and the event was opened by a small game, which was continued with strolling while exploring historical places around Cikini, such as Metropole, Cikini Goldsmith, PGI Cikini Hospital, Taman Ismail Marzuki (Jakarta Cultural Centre), and the stroll ended at Gedung Joang, Central Jakarta.  

After going around Jakarta by foot, the next agenda was Nangkring session, i.e. a sharing session about muscles with Matias Ibo, a physiotherapist who is also the first physiotherapist for the Indonesian national football team. In this session, the alumni of Thim Van Der Laan University majoring in sport physiotherapy, also challenged the participants to do a correct stretching.  

Not only that, in the yesterday’s event, Geliga also launched a new product, i.e. Geliga stick. It is the innovation from Geliga, so customers can easily carry the product everywhere due to its compact packaging. Fret not because it has the same quality and function to ease stiff muscles.
