Have Your Baby had enough sleep??
enough sleep will make the Babies’ immunity stronger and maintain their weight.
Sleep is really important for the Little Ones’ development, because the developmental hormones will be active when they fall asleep. In addition, enough sleep will make the Babies’ immunity stronger and maintain their weight.
So, Moms, let’s learn about the right sleep duration for your Little One based on the age:
- 0 Month
Newly born babies need 16.5 hours for sleeping in a day. The duration is divided into 8 hours for their afternoon sleep, and 8.5 hours for the night sleep.
- 1-2 Months
1-2 month old babies need 14-16 hours for sleeping in a day. It is divided into 8-9 hours for their afternoon sleep, and 6-7 hours for the night sleep.
- 3-5 Months
During this period, babies need the same sleep duration as 1-2 month old babies. The difference lies on the night sleep duration, which becomes 10-11 hours. Thus, the afternoon nap duration becomes 4-5 hours.
- 6 Months
6 month old babies need 14 hours for sleeping in a day, i.e. 3 hours for the afternoon nap, and 11 hours for the night sleep.
- 9-12 Months
During these ages, the Littles Ones start to be more active and the sleep duration begins to decrease, i.e. 13.5 hours a day which are divided into 11 hours for the night sleep and 2.5 hours for the afternoon nap.
Each child will certainly have a different sleep pattern. Therefore, Moms do not need to worry if your Baby does not have the exact same sleep pattern with the general pattern. The most important thing is to maintain your Baby’s sleep quality. An example to maintain your Little One’s sleep quality is protecting her/him from mosquitos.
Make it your habit to spread Telon Lang Plus which contains Natural Rhodinol. It can protect your Little One from mosquito bites for 10 hours. Telon Lang Plus does not only protect from mosquito bites, but also moisture the Little One’s skin and warm her/his body like Mom’s warm love.
